01 ---- Understand the Requirement and Validate Design
Once the RFQ is received by sales team, it is then reviewed by the design team using advanced tools to calculate the spring parameters like Stiffness, Torque, Fatigue Life etc. Each design is stored in our data base to keep track of the design revisions during R&D projects. A 3D Model, Load vs Deflection Graph, Fatigue Life graph is automatically generated by our software using the raw material characteristics.
02 ---- Create Quotation
An automated quotation is sent to the customer's email address. Quotation contains detailed information about the spring dimensions, delivery time, shipping mode, shipping cost, payment terms etc. Customer can accept the quotation online by clicking on embedded button inside the email itself or they can raise a purchase order and notify us.
03 ---- Create Work Order
Once the quotation has been accepted, an automated notification is triggered to the production team in our manufacturing facility. An Automated BOM - Bill of Material is created and sent to the store manager to keep the Raw Material ready for the production Team. Production team member collects the material from the store and moves it to the workstation area.
A notification is triggered to the designated machine operator on their iPad showing details of the work order assigned to them. It also lets the operator know once the raw material is available at the workstation. Start time is logged as soon as the operator validates the order and starts the work. Each step he has to perform is displayed on his iPad in a sequential order. Operator clicks a photo after completing each operation. He has to also measure the spring dimensions and enter it once the first sample is ready. This data is logged in PPAP report.
05 ---- Internal Inspection
Manufactured item goes through a pre-defined quality checks using IoT smart devices. Data is collected and report is generated automatically. Items are packed as per packing standard and are marked for dispatch. An internal transfer of goods takes place from Workstation area to Warehouse area.
06 ---- Dispatch
Our system is integrated with multiple shipping partners. An automated pickup request is sent to our shipping partner and parcel is collected from our warehouse. Buyer receives a notification with shipment details once the parcel is moved out from our ware house.
